Here's How it Works

At iMagnets, we believe the small moments matter.

These magnets are the snapshots that tell your story, and we’re here to help you turn them into something tangible, something lasting, something magnetic.

To make sure we can bring your moments to life exactly as you imagined, it’s important to follow each step below carefully. A correctly placed order means we can skip the back-and-forth and get straight to work on handcrafting your magnets with the quality and care your memories deserve.

So take a moment to review the guide, then leave the rest to us.

  • Choose your package

    Choose your package with your desired number of magnets. If the number of magnets you require is not showing as an option, please contact me using the bulk order enquiry

  • Upload Your Chosen Digital Images

    Easily upload your desired photos from your socials, camera roll, cloud, etc, using your mobile or desktop devices with the use of our user friendly interface. Whether they are professional photos taken by Teejay finTon Photography, another photographer (ensuring you have a print release) or even digital photos you’ve taken on your phone. For best results, please use high-resolution digital images (where possible).

  • Crop Your Images

    Ensure you crop each image to your desired look, as this is how your photos will be cut, made + finalised.

    Please note that all images must be cropped in a square shape, leaving a 2mm margin around the edge.

  • Place Your Order

    Once you are happy with your cropped images, add them to your cart and proceed to checkout, fill in your shipping and contact information and place your order.

  • Delivery & Tracking

    After your order has been produced, we’ll pack and ship it to you via Australia Post, where you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

    Please allow up to 4 working days to receive your express postage order or up to 10 working days to receive your standard postage order.

If you need to update your shipping information, please contact us immediately as we can only change your address IF the order hasn't been packed.

If you are in the Mackay region, you will be able to collect your order, once you have been notified of its completion (within approximately 3-5 business days from placing your order).

If you require your order more urgently, please ensure you contact Teejay at hello@imagnet.com.au with your rush order request. Please note thatwe will always make your magnets as quickly as possible, but sometimes during busy photography seasons (weddings/formals/kindy kids/etc),standard turnaround times may apply.

Orders placed over weekends and public holidays, will commence processing on the next business day.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an invalid or misspelled address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.
