What are personalised photo magnets?

They are unique, personalised magnets that display your favourite pictures, designs, or artwork. They're a fun and stylish way to decorate your fridge, locker, or any magnetic surface.

How do I create my custom photo magnet?

Creating your photo magnet is easy! Choose a favourite photo or design, upload it directly to our website, and crop it into a square shape and place your order. For best results, we recommend you upload high-res digital images. We’ll take care of everything else from there.

What sizes and shapes are available to purchase?

We currently only provide square magnets measuring 50x50mm, which is equivalent to 5x5 cm or 2x2 inches.

What file formats do you accept for photo uploads?

We accept various common image file formats, including JPEG, PNG, HEIC/HEIF and GIF. For the best quality, please use high-resolution images

Do you edit the photos before printing?

We don’t make any major edits, but if needed, we may make slight adjustments to the brightness or contrast to ensure your magnets look their best. But we encourage you to ensure your photos are of the best quality, exposed correctly (not too bright and not too dark) and for best results, avoid using blurry or pixelated images.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Our production typically takes 2-3 business days, after your confirmed order has been placed. Shipping times vary based on your location in Australia, but you can generally expect to receive your order within 7-10 business days.

Do you take bulk orders for special events, corporate gifts, business advertising?

We sure do! We are happy to accommodate bulk orders at a discounted rate. For these orders, only ONE image is needed. Examples of bulk magnets include wedding favours, save-the-dates, promotional items for your business, thank-you’s, business logos. Please contact us using the Bulk Order Enquiry and we will be in touch with you shortly.

Do you offer returns and refunds?

As our products are custom-made, we’re unable to accept returns. In the unlikely event that a magnet is damaged upon delivery, we’re happy to offer a reprint or refund.

Please note that we do not offer refunds for change of mind purchase. Be sure to crop and position your images exactly as you'd like before placing your order, as changes cannot be made once production begins. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us at Contact Page within 7 days of receiving your magnets, and we’ll help resolve it.

How can I care for my photo magnets?

To maintain the appearance of your magnets, avoid exposing them to extreme temperatures or moisture. Please see our Care Instructions for more details.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package online.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect?

Inspect your order upon receiving.  If it arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please take photos and contact us immediately with your order number, product description, photo description and details on the defect.  We will ensure this is investigated promptly and be in contact with you soon.
